In this webinar you will learn why people are not buying from you. Basically, it’s because your product does not give a “wow” factor to your customers… sorry if that sounds mean but people usually don’t say that because they don’t want to be rude.


One of the catchiest take away from this webinar is her differentiation between the word homemade and handmade.

As what I have discussed before, handmade is the new luxury. Handmade-looking products are usually the ones that are made by hand, handcrafts… it is the designer version of whatever mass produced product that is out there. It has a beautiful twist that nobody else could have.

And then, there is homemade-looking which is like… not as good as mass produced and kind of funky where you can see the glue or the colors are quite not right, the style doesn’t match what people want to buy – maybe you haven’t studied any trends at all.

Or maybe you just don’t care about selling. You just want to sell what you would like to buy and what you like. I hope that makes sense!
