Running your own business takes a lot out of you and it’s important to remember that a healthy mind AND healthy body are vitally important to our well-being.
Ironically, most of us are doing work that doesn’t require a lot of physical exercise but instead, mental exercise.
Crafting doesn’t really make a good workout especially if you’re busy with your kids and sitting in front of the computer to check your online shop. You might as well have a day job that doesn’t require much physical activity.
So, what can we do?
Personally I love Crossfit. I spend hours every day at my computer and Crossfit helps me to keep fit and mobile and work out the kinks that I get from sitting down all day long.

But I know Crossfit isn’t for everyone, so what about you?
Maybe you prefer some sort of dance class in which case you might like to try out Zumba, which my wife loves.
