Just like you, there are soooo many things I want to create, see, learn, read, watch, and experience — that if I don’t give myself daily support and structure, I’d spontaneously combust.
I have an inconsistent schedule but I do “plan” the next day each evening. FOCUS is the most important thing in my day … that means dealing with distractions – and keeping the brush-fire at bay – emails are other people’s agendas!
Being the imperfect being that I am – sometimes I blow my stack at whomever or whatever gets in the way of progress and wishes I have for equilibrium … counter-intuitive I know but saying NO or go away may be necessary.
So I personally use Asana.com to manage my projects and to-dos. It keeps me productive and organized. If you don’t know, Asana is a web and mobile application designed to help track work.
I have also come across to this interesting app called WinStreak that I still yet to try and will let you know what I think on my next blog posts along with other apps to help you save time and will make you more productive.
It says it is an app that will help you write down today’s wins and tomorrow’s. It is a simple tool for making sure that, at the end of every day, you feel positive about your accomplishments and excited for the next day.
So here’s the main part. This 4-minute trick will change the way you work so you can get more done with less stress and overwhelm.
It’ll only take you 4 minutes. But when you do it, you’ll walk into your day clear and focused. Like a freakin’ champion.
